Dr. Bohanek OliverHe obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen in 2002, graduating summa cum laude. He passed the Hungarian Bar Examination in 2006. He began his legal career at the Metropolitan Public Prosecutor's Office, specialising in criminal law. He subsequently practised as a trainee lawyer, focusing primarily on commercial and business law matters. He then spent nearly five years within the Hungarian court system, gaining extensive insight into judicial decision-making and the practical application of the law. Building on his substantial professional experience, he pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge, where he was awarded the LL.M. (Cantab) degree with a specialisation in Commercial Law. His studies at one of the world's leading universities played a significant role in shaping his legal perspective, particularly in the field of international business and commercial law. Following his return to Hungary, he established his independent legal practice in 2011. He provides clients with legal counsel that combines a thorough understanding of the Hungarian legal system, experience gained across multiple branches of the legal profession, and the international perspective acquired through advanced legal studies at the University of Cambridge. As an expert in Hungarian law, he has advised the Courts of England and Wales.
Dr. Fekete OrsolyaShe graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged in 2003, specialising in European Law. She passed the Hungarian Bar Examination with distinction in 2007 and commenced her independent legal practice in Szeged in the same year. Since 2011, she has been practising in Budapest. Throughout her career, she has combined legal practice with academic engagement. Since 2004, she has taught at the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged, where she obtained her PhD in 2011. Since 2023, she has held the position of Associate Professor at the Ludovika University of Public Service.
