We regularly assist clients in matters involving the Hungarian National Bank (MNB), the National Authority for Trade and Consumer Protection, the National Media and Infocommunications Authority (NMHH), and the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH). Our services include preparing responses to regulatory enquiries, drafting submissions and statements, and providing strategic legal advice throughout administrative proceedings.

We also represent clients in enforcement proceedings, both domestically and in cross-border matters, including issues arising from the international recovery and enforcement of claims.
We have substantial experience in handling commercial and business disputes. Criminal Defence and Regulatory Offences
